We visited this facility during their Friends and Family Halloween Swim.

There were ample complimentary parking spaces available in the vicinity of the building.

The children's pool was comfortably heated, maintaining a temperature of approximately 90° Fahrenheit. Shower facilities with changing areas and a clothes dryer were also provided.

The temperature of the water in the lap pools was refreshingly cool.

The pools were well-maintained and clean.

There were lifeguards.

The staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and friendliness!!

Our first experience was amazing. Prior to going to Waterworks in Highlands Ranch we tried two different Aqua-Tots locations for over six months for our 34 month only grandson and both were a disaster. We were referred to Waterworks by a family friend and could not be more happy. The managers and swim instructor (Aaron) welcomed us upon arriving and walked us through what would happen in the first session as well as future sessions. Aaron very quickly made our grandson very comfortable and then quickly assessed his skill level while ensuring our grandson was having fun, which we thought was great for the first session. We are so excited to have found such a great organization to work with and appreciate their focus on child engagement and customer satisfaction. Although this is a new beginning, we highly recommend them. Thank you so much Waterworks Aquatics of Highlands Ranch!

Waterworks Aquatics in Highlands Ranch has been an absolutely amazing place for our granddaughters swimming lessons. Tyler is our instructor for both girls and he is also the manager. He has been just wonderful as an instructor. Our youngest is 5 and she swims the length of the pool up and back with no assistance already and our oldest has Angelman's Syndrome and Tyler has been patient and caring with her lessons. We have tried 3 other pools over the past 5 years (with our oldest) before coming to Waterworks Aquatics in Highlands Ranch about a year and a half ago and won't even think of going anywhere else. Not only is he very professional, caring, and nice, he goes out of his way to accommodate my granddaughters and our schedule. The other instructors seem very knowledgeable and pleasant as well. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Two Buffs Investments

This facility is awesome and in large part due to Tyler (manager) and his awesome staff! We have had our two kids in lessons for the last 6 months and their progress has been unbelievable! Highly recommend for any age group, especially younger (our kids are 2 and 5). Special shout out to Kathryn and Chloe for being so awesome!

Waterworks is amazing! We were at another swim lesson business, and neither of my kids advanced as quickly and efficiently as at Waterworks! My son went from level 5 to level 12 in less than a year. My daughter who has additional needs recently switched to Finley, and he has progressed her so much in just the last 2 months! She has leveled up to level 6 and is swimming in the large lap pool and working on back strokes and even diving! I was so impressed in her progress this summer! Thank you Finley, you rock!

After my 4.5 year old wasn’t making any progress after multiple sessions at the rec centers, we decided to try out waterworks based off some friend recommendations. Within 7 minutes of her first session she was making progress (literally). In just 2 months she’s made crazy progress and leveled up, but most important she’s become so much more confident and less fearful. Taylor and Tomiko are great instructors!

I am taking parent and me classses here and coaching is amazing with the lesson plans and the schedule flexibility. Alejandra at the reception is the best for anyone to feel welcome and support for any questions. I have worked with Megan and Kathryn both are amazing coachs for the kids lessons

First time here and I already love love love this place.

I have two children enrolled in a semi-private lesson each, a 6yo and a 3yo. Both pretty new to swimming. The instructors were great with each of them. Gentle, encouraging, but still challenging my 3yo, who cried half the lesson (not the instructor's fault, she just cries at everything). And pushed my 6yo to the perfect amount. I feel like both my children were challenged, yet the instructors made it so much fun for them, they are excited to come back for their next lesson.

Not to mention they have an AWESOME 2.5 ft pool for the kids to play/practice in before or after the lesson.
