I was having a lot of abdominal pain from several things; adhesions, endometriosis, ovarian cysts. My doctor said there really wasn't anything we could do, so I looked for alternatives and found Natalie through recommendations. I feel seen, listened to, and she's given me resources and instructions to help at home too. I highly recommend Natalie! She has helped me SO much! I'm so incredibly thankful!

Natalie.
I just want to start with how warm and inviting her space is. The calming atmosphere she has created, holds such a deep spiritual essence, it aligned me from the beginning. Not only have I been part of her *journey to self, conscious movement experience*, her expertise in massage was unlike anything I've ever experienced. I felt such a surrender of so much I had been holding on to, not to mention it was as though my body was saying... FINALLY!
What a relief.
I learned more of her latest venture in shadow work and it further confirmed that all of her skills, intuition and knowledge are blending together in such a unique way of healing.
I highly recommend a visit with Natalie.

I originally came to Natalie to help with my infertility and signed up for her Mayan Abdominal Massage. I didn’t expect to learn so much about how my body works. She was also able to help me work through my emotions. I was at a point in my life where I was beyond stressed and feeling stuck in my life. She helped me see the bigger picture, let go of the negativity, and move forward. She was my biggest cheerleader and I firmly believe through her incredible work, she allowed my body and mind to heal. I also am happy to share I was finally able to conceive after 3 years and 3 miscarriages of trying. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone seeking to improve their life, health, and body!

WOW! Five stars isn't enough! Natalie is warm, authentic, wise, and joy-filled; joy that is palpable during your healing sessions. She is living her purpose and it shows in her services provided. She embodies presence, listens carefully and is attentive to every concern you share. Not only do I credit her for helping me get pregnant naturally at 41, but she continues to be a staple in my feminine self care and overall wellbeing. Postpartum with Natalie was game-changing!! I started working with Natalie the end of 2021. I had lost my period for a few months and was going through some serious hormonal imbalances. I distinctly remember my first abdominal massage, it was quite profound. I had no idea how much weight, tension and constriction I was holding onto in my abdominal area. There was a lot of emotional release during this session. I have been receiving massage since I was 16 (I am 29). Never have I ever released so much tension in a massage before in my life till that point. I slept for 4 hours after my first session with Natalie. After my third session with her my period had finally come back. I continue to see Natalie today. Maya abdominal massage has helped me sleep, digest, release stored emotion and trauma, regulate my menstrual cycles and so much more. I have also gotten to learn a lot about the female body. My work with her has been a central part of my healing journey. I would not be in the place I am today physically or emotionally without not only her Maya abdominal massage practice, but also her support, love and care. Natalie puts aside a good amount of time to check in where you are at in your life before every session, and listens very closely to everything you have to say. I cannot say enough good things about Natalie and her practice. She is a true healer in the Denver community.

An overall incredible experience. Natalie is very kind and honest person. She found tight spots around my torso which were affecting my digestion and breathing and helped work through tension i didn't even know I was holding. She even gave me leads to other professionals that could help with other health concerns as well as things I could do at home to facilitate the healing process. Definitely a great value to the community.
