Called Valle Verde. Henderson location to arrange a tech to come to service my pool as I was having circulation problems. The technician (Rully) came right on time. Texted me to tell me he was on his way. Very knowledgeable guy who completely fixed all my problems, some 10 years old! I cannot stress enough how professional he was. Highly recommend him and Leslie’s techs in general. Leslie’s is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!

I was looking to upgrade my father-in-law‘s pump and filter. The old one must be at least 30 years old. Russell was very helpful, Daniel came out and did an evaluation and gave us a few options and when the job was done it was done in 40 minutes by Daniel and an assistant who was extremely professional as well.

What a difference it is already making!

I was highly impressed and will use Leslie’s pools again.

I went in last week just for some children's goggles real quick and was met with the best service by Jalen and William. I got 2 goggles w nose covers, and one athletic goggle but asked the guys when checking out about the return policy. One of my cousins has a physical condition that normal kid length straps typically dont fit, but the face mask does. I asked them if it didnt fit, what the return policy was. They were non-intrusive and quick to tell me not to worry. I could return no worries, whether today or at a later time. I came back 10 minutes later needing to purchase an adult strap for the kids mask and they made sure I was taken care of at an extremely reasonable rate. The guys even helped me switch out the straps so I wouldnt have to do it when I got back home. The store manager, Russell (name on their card) clearly trusted his employees because he didnt step in or question their decision and word when they were helping me. On top of making my purchase easy, the attitude in the store was positive and helpful, without trying to pressure me into additional toys/supplies.

It's just a pool supply shop, but them making my first purchase there so seamless was important to me and I respect it highly. Will def come back.

Can you say overpriced? I've long heard that Leslie's is a major ripoff, but I thought I'd swing by to see if things have changed in the 10+ years since I've set foot in one. I'm sad to report that nothing about their pricing has changed.

Case and point: I inquired about a mesh net that attaches to the leaf vacuum in my pool. The mesh net they tried to sell me was priced over $20. I CAN BUY A BRAND NEW VERSION OF MY LEAF VACUUM FOR $28 ON AMAZON! Why on earth would I pay $20 for the cheapest part of the kit?! And their price for the same leaf vacuum I have - a relatively cheap one, mind you - was 33% more than a brand new one on Amazon, which I could have shipped to my doorstep.

And don't even get me started on the prices of their chemicals. Take my advice and stay far, far away from this place. Unless, that is, you love grossly overpaying for stuff.

While i can agree that Leslie's is overpriced, you have to consider you are paying for knowledge and customer service. I have taken into consideration what i am buying and what sort of support i will need for said products.
Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will assist you in getting your pool in order shortly.
Realistically, you CANNOT expect a retail location to match Amazon prices (i love Amazon), doing so is just ridiculous.
Try leslies out on a small scale and if you are happy with them, give them your business on a large scale.

LAZ Investigative Services LLC

Dropped off my pool cleaner at the Henderson location yesterday and while the guy was working on it he kept stopping and going and helping customers even though there were other employees helping customers. He stopped and asked me to return the following day even thougj no other customers were store. I came back today and picked up the cleaner and it’s still not functioning properly ask the guy to look at it again and with no customers in the store he said I would have to drop it off again because there’s other cleaners ahead of me that he needs to work on when I came back there’s three employees and customera waiting in line and the guy in front of me was was asked if he needed belp by the employee. The customer said yes and the employee turned around and walked across the store to help another customer who walked in after three ifnus were waiting in line. The employees were completely unprofessional at this location will not return here please be aware this location has horrible customer service.
