I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Garden Inn and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Apparently, Owen, the acting GM, enforces a policy where they charge extra for potatoes at breakfast – something I’ve never encountered before, and frankly, it’s baffling. As a Lifetime Diamond member, I expected better service and conditions. Instead, I found a ripped curtain I had to take down myself, an ironing board with no cover, and an overall sense that the property is run-down. The hotel is right by a noisy road, which makes for a less-than-relaxing stay. The breakfast attendant, who was very kind, seemed embarrassed to even mention the charge for potatoes. I can see why the previous GM is no longer here. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this property in its current state.

My husband had a room due to work so I traveled along. The staff was amazing and very interactive. Always wanting to know what they could do to make our stay better. The room was very clean and well taken care of,shower was terrific and always nice hot water. As always anywhere I go the only complaint I had was pillows.. They are always too soft for me and that is a personal preference so I just take mine. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Annette R. our server was great! And Nicole A. the cook made good food, the bacon was perfect. The rooms were ok. At breakfast they made sure we were comfortable and had all the food and silverware we needed. That means alot to a family of 7 on a birthday shopping trip! Thank you for your good service!

Jackie had amazing customer service and was very accommodating! She was able to work with me and get a room last minute. I travel here often for work and love the cleanliness of this hotel and the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Ft. Wayne area.

Great service! Our room wasn't quite ready at check in but we were given a different room without any issue. Breakfast was amazing! Annette provided wonderful service and Nicole's bread pudding was delicious! Our room was clean and staff was friendly.

Left some clothes at the hotel, my fault not theirs. Contacted them the day I left and sent them a prepaid shipping label to have them sent back. Was told they had the clothes and label and would be sent the next day. 2 weeks later no clothes. After multiple promises, they refuse to answer questions or return phone calls. The hotel itself is fine but the customer service is not.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn, and I can't speak highly enough about my experience! Not only was the room comfortable and well-appointed, but the staff truly went above and beyond. I accidentally left a personal item behind, and they promptly mailed it back to me without any hassle. Their attentiveness and dedication to customer service made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn for anyone looking for a welcoming and caring environment. I can't wait to return!

The room was decent, no frills and one window was broke but overall not a bad room.

The hot tub was very comfortable and the pool was nice although could have been a little warmer.

This is the first place I’ve stayed in along time that didn’t include the breakfast buffet in the price of the room. The price of $13.95 was a little pricey for a breakfast that most places include in the cost of the room.

The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful.
