I'd rate a zero if I could. Visiting Santa is an annual tradition, one that the Pen Center decided should be hidden behind a paywall this year. Yep, pay $19.99 and book in advance, or never see Santa. They don't outright ban people who haven't paid, but you're shunted into a line that never moves as people with pre-paid appointments are given absolute priority. While it is true that the fee is deducted from any photo purchases, the cheapest photo package was $30, so after paying $20 just to book at all, you're on the hook for another $10 to get photos. There was a single staff member working the lines and photography, who was very overwhelmed. The experience was a horrible nightmare.

I cannot adequately explain my disgust at putting SANTA BEHIND A PAYWALL. Times are tough, and not everyone can afford $20 just to have their kid sit on Santa's lap. The Pen Center should be ashamed... Segregating children from poor households at Christmas into a line that never moves any closer to the Jolly Old Elf? It's gross. It's left a horrible taste in my mouth, and I'll reconsider any shopping I might do at the mall. There are other malls with less predatory policies, and I'd prefer to spend my money there.

FYI you can still meet Santa for free at the Seaway mall.

Pen centre is one of the good and one stop for all the items which are needed and required in your life. It has all stores for jewelry clothing shoes bags gift shops lingerie etc etc. Above all the food course is also there in the center of mall where you can find vegetarian and meat food. Walmart inside the mall is again a blessing to everyone. In St Catharines for this small city pen centre is happening n must go mall shopping center.

Food court is good and alot of stores and shops,however there are no real stores that cater to plus size, 9/10 they'll refer you to their online store or just don't carry anything decent.otherwise this is a great place for all your shopping needs excellent customer service except in sports check. Its hard getting help in there I was in there for a good 15 minutes no one sai hello or anything, and I really needed snow pants, although I definitely felt I was being watched when I really just needed help,they'd look at you and then walk away but there was a good amount of staff on hand.

I wish The Bay had a little more options like its Toronto stores in terms of designer clothes. Gary Waters is way overpriced and options are limited. It would save the drive to the city if we had a Sporting Life or Holt Renfrew. Hopefully the Pen will look at these tenant options in their redeveloped Sears section.

Pretty good mall has the basic needs but the bathroom is amazing. Always clean and so many stalls to choose from, LOVE!
