Needed pool water tested and assessed. Store representative, Lincoln, was most kind and extremely knowledgeable regarding what to do to ensure our pool remains clean and safe to swim in daily. I highly recommend Leslie's Pro for all your pool needs. Ask Lincoln for exemplary customer service.

Unsure if they're stupid, or liars. Either way, they wasted my time and money. The filthy ignorant knuckle dragger at the register actually took an attitude with me for not liking being misinformed and taking my money for it.

They had the fitting I needed and in general, have convenient locations. however, they go to the next level of retail on their pricing. If you don't mind paying more for pool needs, Leslie's is your place. On another note, make sure you call the location you plan on going to, make sure they have what you need there, not all locations stock the same items.

The customer service is not good at all. Walked in and it was not busy at all. The staff as usual did NOT greet us when we walked in. And never asked if we needed help with anything. This store was way better prior to Leslie's taking over

The manager personally adjusted a new motor! Out of the box to meet the physical requirements I needed the motor to meet. It now works great (Haywood) and I couldn't be more pleased. The manager is very knowledgeable and kind. I definitely will keep patronizing this location! Again, a big "THANK YOU" to the manager!
