We were told they were running a bit late after 3PM. 4 hours later we received an update of 25 minutes away. The owner showed up over an HOUR after this 25 minute warning was texted. This is after sending half a payment. All our phone calls/texts were ignored. I confronted the owner about this through phone call at a later date and was told "do you expect me to update you ever 5 seconds?" She claims she was not given the chance to do the work, correct. I would no longer trust a company that does not stick to their word, especially from the owner of all people and as a first time customer. We denied the services considering being over 4 hours late and it nearly dark outside, not alloting enough time to complete the service. This company is not trustworthy and unprofessional. The owner will only argue when confronted with the issues (as proven within google reviews as well). The facts are simple: arrived over 4 hours late, did not show up at any alloted time frame given, didn't apologize for running late, ignored all calls when trying to get a ETA update/cancel service because at this point we are expecting no one to show up but as the owner stated to me on the phone "you know what they say about assuming, makes an a** out of you and me". I have never received such awful/unprofessional customer service. We have not been refunded any money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I have had several projects done by Singin Sands. Keri and her help have built a Pergola for me, put down patio block and installed fencing. I found them to be very professional and hard working getting the projects completed in a timely manner.

Was 4 hours late from the scheduled time. She finally said 25 mins out, so not come till an hour later. Now dealing with Zelle to get our 135.50 back. Don't trust this lady. We called from 3 different phones multiple times after she was late by 30 mins when she said 25 mins. She ignored all calls trying to cancel with her.

We purchased a home with a pool that had not had anything done to it in a year and was looking like a swamp in the Louisiana bayou. We know nothing about pools. Been trying to get a different company out here for 2 weeks and I had to keep calling & they kept promising & never calling or showing up. I called Singin Sands & she said, “we are in your area, we can be there in 45 min” & they were. I was only expecting an assessment of what needed to be done but they did everything today! There were all sorts of issues with the pool and hot tub and they committed themselves and did everything in 4 hours the same day! They are so knowledgeable and so awesome! And very reasonable! So, so happy we called them! Highly recommended! Thank you Carry & Dave!

Kari and her crew are great! It took a bit of patience to get them here, but once explained, it is totally understandable. I have had nothing but problems this year with my pool, hoses and pipes breaking, leaks, inability to vac. and balance the damn thing. Kari n Josh show up, looked at everything and said, "OK, here is what's wrong ...." by the time they left, the pool was clear, filter was fixed, no leaks, no runs, no drips.

While there, I mentioned the problems with our hot tub (Leaks and such). Next thing I know, they are attacking that thing. It now looks like new, All lines are cleared, all jets are functioning like new. However, the leak still prevails. Their response, "We got this."

They are professional, dedicated and very knowledgeable. They are willing to work with their customers to fix any issue there is. My current pool is 25 years old, and I look forward to making it last MUCH longer with their help.

Singing Sands cleaned our hot tub today and it looks AMAZING! They drained it and cleaned EVERYTHING very well and they even waxed the hot tub cover. I have owned hot tubs for many years and could not get a hot tub to ever look anywhere as good as they just did. I highly suggest this service to anyone.

I hired Singin Sands for a summer opening through Home Advisors and was extremely satisfied with the service and quality. This is a small husband/wife owned business and they are very knowledgeable about pools, friendly, reasonably priced and efficient. I plan to hired them to close my pool this fall as well.
