Tyesha and Gale at the front desk are awesome! I had an issue and they handled it very friendly and professional! Tyesha went above and beyond and actually cares about people not just the bottom line. Also, the facility is always very clean and the pool is great!
Update: Be aware of the cancellation policy. You can only cancel in person and you have to give 30 days notice, or they will charge you for two more months instead of one.

Great facility. Great customer service. Gym, basketball, soccer... lots of kids sports. Many diverse adult classes from exercise to yoga.

It's small, and crowded machines aren't fun to navigate through. Great basketball and cardio areas, but even with access to all YMCA facilities, it's overpriced for what you get. Just my opinion

The YMCA itself is pretty good. The lack of the 5th star is because the parking is a nightmare. We mostly go to take our 5 year old to activities. The kids swimming classes are great during the summer. The price is also great, especially when compared to competition. My daughter also attends several of the kids exercise activities and absolutely loves them. The staff is friendly and the facility is quite clean. The communication for cancelled classes is lacking but they do try to call (but making it through the list is likely time consuming). Many different machines are available for the adults. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Restrooms and dressing rooms/shower are very clean. Front desk staff gentleman was very helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my water aerobics class. Instructor was friendly and helpful. Others on the class were nice. Thank you!

Awesome facility full of activities for children. The Laker basketball game was adorable. I enjoyed the way the coaches encouraged all the children! It definitely is an atmosphere for the children to grow.

This place was freezing cold when I got there. Probably around 55 degrees inside? I mentioned it and they didn't seem to care. I could hardly stay and wait for my grandson to be done with practice. This was in the only hallway there. Rediculous. I was there Friday night at 6p.m.
