Algunas de las veces que hemos venido cierran la piscina porque le ponen los quimicos para desinfectar he notado que es como a las 3-4 pm y abren otravez a las 5,o tan pronto que el agua esté en los niveles necesarios para meterse .

Been here on several occasions as it is very close to home. Positives: free and relatively clean. Not very busy even on week ends.
Negatives: bathrooms are stinky, wish could be cleaner. It is only open for 2 months...not sure why?! In general, highly recommended if you live in the neighborhood.

Love swimming at Dittmar pool my children and I have gone for years since 2011 I recommend going here any day the guards are awesome. I was there last week with my granddaughter and she loved it ?

I really like going there, it’s in my neighborhood and so welcoming. I love the city swim leagues; my 3 kids were In them, but, I wish there were more hours family fun time.

After making reservations for a lifeguard and filling out forms. I planned my daughter's 6th Birthday Party at Dittmar Pool. Huge mistake!! After about 10 mins of setting up the party they closed the pool because they claimed to need more lifeguards; even though they had two lifeguards standing around the entire time. No profuse apologizes, no previous notice, and no compromises, help or options. It got so hot I asked the "supervisor" if they could save the party and just let the kids in the 3 ft kiddie side with the two lifeguards standing around (and tons of parents) or ask for another lifeguard from somewhere else to come. Instead, she encouraged ME to move the party to another pool and said there was nothing she could do, leaving the kids sitting in the hot sun for two hours until another lifeguard arrived. Best part is the third lifeguard didn't even do anything. He sat in the office until it was time to switch out almost an hr later. Still fuming from this disastrous drama, that occurred and all while I was 7 1/2 months pregnant in 100 degree weather.

Went Sunday morning at 8am, bathrooms looked and smelled disgusting. Do you even clean them regularly Stank orange-green water in the ONLY stall for women because they only have 1 of each! They DON’T have portable restrooms like every other Austin park ?

Golden Roller day. They had cool bikes and trikes to ride for seniors. Lots of fun, met some nice people.
